Implementation II
Overview

book cover, Perennial Vegetables Topic Summary

The Scope page talks briefly about what the second part of the implementation phase is about and how it is different from the first part. The intentions for the implementation are briefly reviewed and the main results noted.
The book "Perennial Vegetables " by Eric Toensmeier, who today designs permaculture systems in Holyoke, MA, in an urban context is a resource that, from a permaculture point of view, reflects some goals of this project - to create systems that provide for human needs, which are in harmony with nature and don't need a lot of resources and maintenance.

The Continuation reflects on some aspects of implementation, including the adjustments we made in our expectations, how to work together, the balance between timely results and sustainability and the value of breaks.

The Planning section contains summaries on the project and financial plans and the documentation process.

The Results give details on outcomes providing links and documentation of most of the major tasks that have been completed during the second part of implementation in text form and, where available, as slide show or video clip.

The Evaluation reports on challenges, what was going well, gives a brief outlook for the next steps and a link to the completed self-evaluation.
