Currently we are offering books, videos, CDs, and DVDs in the area of sustainability through local delivery in Sandpoint, Idaho 83864  and also Online. 
We will, over time, add other things, like green building products, healthy cleaners, natural and organic apparel, seasonal local and organic produce and food, environmental sound and fair traded gifts and other items.

• Online: Just use the "Add to cart" button to add an item to your order. If you want more then one of a particular item, you can adjust the quantity when you view the cart. For viewing your order, checking out and online payment (using PayPal) click the "View Cart" button. 
• Mail: Send order and include check, made out to GENTLE HARVEST.
• Call: 208 - 255 2440. We will take your order and guarantee to hold it for 7 days. Once we receive your payment we send out your order.
• E-mail: Email your order to richard@gentleharvest.org. 
  We guarantee to hold your order for 7 days. Once we receive your payment we send out your order.

We will need to know the following for each order:
Title and quantity for each book, mailing address, phone number (if we have questions about your order), email address (if at all possible), order amount, shipping and handling amount and for Idaho orders 6% sales tax.
For online orders just follow the screen prompts.

Your order will be send with USPS, media rate. We recommend upgrading to priority mail  and charge only any difference between our regular shipping rate and the priority rate. We send UPS only if you request it. So if you want another shipping method then media rate, let us know.

INSURANCE
We insure US orders over $100.  For orders below $100 you need to request insurance if you want to have it. Insurance costs are included in shipping and handling. Insurance is only available for US orders.

RETURNS:
You can return books within 8 days if it is in new condition. A 15% return restocking fee will be charged. Your return items need to arrive here in secure, protective packaging.

LOSS:
We do not replace lost books. If this happens, please contact us and we will try to help the best we can.

DAMAGE:
First talk to your local United States Postal Service mail office to get a refund for postage. Then you need to send the damaged books including old packaging inside new secure and protective packaging to us. We usually will replace the books or give you a refund.

PRIVACY
We do not share any of your private information with anyone beyond the necessities of fulfilling your order (mailing address, order value for insured shipments, payment processing, etc.).

With your purchase you are supporting the Inland Northwest Eco-Center. The Eco-Center supports projects and activities in the area of sustainability, usually free to the public, except for fee-based classes and workshops.
